Intergenerational traffic light

A tool to introduce the intergenerational theme and make the youth be able to express their opinions on intergenerational topica. They will have to give a score from 0 to 10 answering to questions, by walking through the room.

Definitions

A tool to create a dialogue between participants, and get a consensusby creating definitions of concepts regarding youth on NGOs, such as, volunteering or authentic participation.

Challenge Map

A tool in which participants can identify challenges that are affecting the NGOs world, and they can look for creative solutions together.

Assembly gesture

Assembly gestures are a set of arm and hand movements that can be used in meetings to silently improve communication and interactivity, especially when the assembly is large. It is useful for encouraging young people to express a request or indicate a feeling (e.g. explain a misunderstood term), especially when they are shy or do not dare to speak.

Engagement trees

The tree commitment is a fun and creative way of working through stories both individually and collectively to bring out issues and values shared by a group. It can be used for self esteem or identity or also for commitments and can be exhibited-work on the tree.
