Engagement trees

The tree commitment is a fun and creative way of working through stories both individually and collectively to bring out issues and values shared by a group. It can be used for self esteem or identity or also for commitments and can be exhibited-work on the tree.

It's designed to encourage expression and discussion around situations of injustice and anger. Its aim is to gather and express anger, raise collective awareness and encourage action and social transformation.

This tool aims to generate a large number of ideas to solve a problem. it works in stages which are: presentation of the problem; clarification questions, time for individual reflection, rounds of "Me in your shoes" where each person proposes one concise idea at a time.
