3. Dynamiques de groupe

La section « Dynamique de groupe » regroupe différents outils pour renforcer la cohésion de l’équipe, surmonter les difficultés de communication, construire un cadre bienveillant et clarifier le rôle de chacun. La constitution d’un groupe de jeunes solide peut être importante pour maintenir l’envie de s’impliquer et de participer avec enthousiasme. Il est donc encouragé de mettre en place un cadre bienveillant et rassurant pour que les jeunes, dans leur diversité, se sentent à l’aise.

Théâtre intergénérationnel

A interactive tool in which participants can express themselves by being on the place of someone else and create innovative solutions and alternative dialogues regarding complex challenges that are common on the NGOs world.

Talent tools

Presentation of various tools that help in identifying, naming, and consciously addressing the talents of youth. If youth are more conscious about their talents, and those of others, it will strengthen their self-confidence as well as belief in their capacity to contribute to change.

Présentation participative

An Ice-breaker tool for participants to get to know each other, dialogue between them and starting to learn about youth inclusivity and intergenerational dialogue. They gather by groups depending if they fit in certain categories or not.

Feu tricolore intergénérationnel

A tool to introduce the intergenerational theme and make the youth be able to express their opinions on intergenerational topica. They will have to give a score from 0 to 10 answering to questions, by walking through the room.
